Riviera Plaza BBI Ltd (Riviera), which has undertaken the development of Hadassah Health Park in Nicosia, announces the full repayment of its loans amounting to over €11 million.
The new controlling shareholder, Elhadi Holdings Ltd, now intends to launch Construction the soonest, of the mixed-use development in Nicosia, in land over 65,000 m2 with total development to reach 100,000 m2.
The development will include Medical Facilities with the leasing of the Medical Buildings to the Globally famous University Hospital of Hadassah. Furthermore, the construction will commence on seven Residential buildings with apartments for sale, a University Building, an Οffice Building, Retail Spaces and a Special Design Condo Hotel.
The project has already secured the Parcelization permit while the Planning Permit for the residential part has been approved and the design of the Hospital and Commercial Elements is at a very advanced stage.
Elhadi Holdings is a member of the Eli Israeli Group, an investment organization of property development with presence in more than 12 countries and a portfolio of over €2 billion. Active for 40 years, Mr Israeli built his first Residences project in Israel, housing around 10.000 people. The Group recently sold the most successful Mall Globally for Nis 1.31billion (Azrieli buys Eilat’s Mall Hayam shopping mall – Globes).
Hadassah Limassol will be open for business in 2022
The refurbishment of Hadassah Limassol is at an advanced stage where it will operate a Day-Care clinic as well as a full Diagnostic Center, in an independent building opposite Amathus hotel.
Hadassah intends to offer services in Limassol at a level never before experienced in Cyprus, building on its strengths and in the disciplines that made the Organization world-famous for its Innovation including Oncology, Cardiology, Ophthalmic surgery, Gynaecology, Immunology and DNA research.
The investment is in the area of €10 million and the funding has already been secured with operations projected to begin by the end of 2022.
Based on the cooperation and coordination with Hadassah of Israel, the CEO of Hadassah Group Professor Yoram Weiss, the Chairman of Hadassah Medical Mr Yigal Molad and other executives of Hadassah Israel recently visited Cyprus and will be back in the coming weeks to review the progress of works.
