Το Κέντρο Καινοτομίας IDEA δέχεται νέες αιτήσεις για startups/ IDEA Innovation Center now accepting new applications for startups

Ανοικτή πρόσκληση μέχρι 16 Φεβρουαρίου 2024

Το Κέντρο Καινοτομίας IDEA της Τράπεζας Κύπρου, δέχεται νέες αιτήσεις από άτομα με καινοτόμες ιδέες που έχουν προοπτικές να μετατραπούν σε νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις, γνωστές ως startups.

Το IDEA, είναι το μεγαλύτερο κέντρο καινοτομίας και επιχειρηματικής στήριξης στην Κύπρο και για 9η χρονιά ανοίγει τον κύκλο Προγράμματος για Startups, που διακρίνονται για τη δυνατότητά τους:

  • Να αναπτύξουν ένα καινοτόμο προϊόν ή υπηρεσία, ή να επιλύνουν ένα υφιστάμενο πρόβλημα με ένα καινοτόμο τρόπο.
  • Να διαθέτουν μια αφοσιωμένη και ικανή ομάδα τουλάχιστον δύο ιδρυτών/μελών.
  • Να έχουν τη δυναμική να επεκταθούν στη διεθνή αγορά μέσω της τεχνολογίας.

Μέσα από το εννέα μηνών Πρόγραμμά του IDEA, προσφέρεται σε κάθε startup ένα πλήρες πακέτο στήριξης για να ενισχυθεί το επιχειρηματικό της ταξίδι, όπως:

  • €20.000 σε αρχικό κεφάλαιο (seed capital)
  • Επιχειρηματική εκπαίδευση για τη δημιουργία της επιχείρησης.
  • Καθοδήγηση (mentoring) από καταξιωμένους επιχειρηματίες.
  • Υπηρεσίες σε νομικά, λογιστικά, μάρκετινγκ & τεχνολογίας (ICT).
  • Διασυνδέσεις με επιχειρηματίες (business development), δικτύωση (networking) και πρόσβαση σε πιθανούς επενδυτές (angel investors).

Το IDEA ενισχύει την αφοσίωση της Τράπεζας Κύπρου στην ουσιαστική στήριξη της καινοτομίας, επιχειρηματικότητας και ψηφιακής μεταμόρφωσης στην Κύπρο.

Μέχρι σήμερα το IDEA στήριξε 89 νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις και δημιούργησε πέραν των 100 νέων θέσεων εργασίας. Οι startups του έχουν προσελκύσει σημαντικά επενδυτικά κεφάλαια και επιχειρηματικές συνεργασίες από το εξωτερικό και την Κύπρο, έχουν ανοίξει γραφεία ή/ και έχουν προσλάβει προσωπικό.

 IDEA Innovation Center of Bank of Cyprus is accepting applications from talented entrepreneurs who have an innovative idea and are determined to turn it into a startup business.

IDEA is the largest innovation and business support organisation in Cyprus, and it launches the 9th call to its Startup Program, seeking for startups that:

  • Develop an innovative product or service, or solve an existing problem in an innovative way.
  • Have a dedicated and competent team of at least two founders/members.
  • Have the potential to expand into the international market through technology.

Through its nine-month Program, IDEA offers each startup a comprehensive business support package to enhance its entrepreneurial journey, as follows:

  • €20.000 in seed capital.
  • Business-creation training to establish a business.
  • Mentoring from accomplished entrepreneurs.
  • Services for legal, accounting, marketing and ICT matters.
  • Business development, networking and access to angel investors.

IDEA is reinforcing the commitment of Bank of Cyprus in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation in Cyprus.

IDEA has supported to-date the establishment of 89 startups and created over 100 new jobs. Its startups have attracted investment capital and business partnerships from Cyprus and abroad, have established their own offices and / or employ staff of their own.
