Το QuickPay εξελίσσεται συνεχώς και γίνεται ακόμη πιο εύχρηστο καθώς προσαρμόζεται στις καθημερινές ανάγκες και τα «θέλω» υφιστάμενων και νέων πελατών της Τράπεζας Κύπρου.
Πλέον, στις έξυπνες υπηρεσίες που παρέχει προστίθεται μια νέα δυνατότητα το «Μοίρασμα Λογαριασμού» (Split the Bill).
Οι χρήστες μπορούν να μοιράζονται το ποσό του κοινού τους λογαριασμού, ενώ οι υπηρεσίες «Αίτημα Πληρωμής» (Request Payment) και κωδικός QR για άμεσες πληρωμές μέσω της οθόνης QuickPay έρχονται να πλαισιώσουν τη νέα καινοτομία.
Πως λειτουργεί;
Ο χρήστης αφού συνδεθεί στο BoC Mobile App, επιλέγει το ποσό της χρέωσης από τον λογαριασμό του και επιλέγει την υπηρεσία «Μοίρασμα Λογαριασμού / split the bill». Ακολούθως προσθέτει από τον κατάλογο των επαφών του τα άτομα, με τα οποία θα μοιραστεί το λογαριασμό και προσαρμόζει ανάλογα τα ποσά που αναλογούν στο κάθε ένα από αυτά.
Έχοντας ολοκληρώσει αυτή τη διαδικασία, οι επαφές του θα λάβουν ειδοποίηση push με το ποσό που τους αναλογεί να πληρώσουν, ενώ ο χρήστης μπορεί να παρακολουθεί μέσω του app τις πληρωμές που ολοκληρώθηκαν κι αυτές που εκκρεμούν ενώ μπορεί επίσης να στέλνει υπενθυμίσεις ή να ακυρώσει ανά πάσα στιγμή το αίτημα.
QuickPay: Ask for the bill and share it with your friends
QuickPay is constantly evolving and becoming even easier to use as it adapts to the daily needs and wants of existing and new Bank of Cyprus customers.
Now, a new feature called “Split the Bill” has been added to the smart services.
Users can share the amount of their joint bill, while the “Request Payment” services for direct payments through the QuickPay screen come to frame the new innovation.
How does it work?
After logging in to the BoC Mobile App, the users can select the amount of the charge from their transactions and select the “Split the bill” service. Then they select from the list of contacts the people with whom they will share the account and adjust the amounts corresponding to each of them accordingly. When finished, the selected contacts will receive a push notification with the amount they have to pay, while the user can monitor through the app the completed and pending payments, and also send reminders or cancel the request at any time.
